Domain groups
With many domains, group them (by brand, customer or region, say) to find them and change their settings together. Each group has a name and any of your team's own domains; a domain is in at most one group.
Make a group
In the team manager, open your team's page and find Domain groups. Choose Add group, give it a name, tick its domains and save. A domain already in another group moves to the new one. Edit renames a group or changes its domains; Remove removes the group but not its domains.
You need the domains permission (team owners and administrators have it). Shared domains, which belong to the platform, cannot be grouped.
Change a setting on every domain in a group
Apply a setting on a group picks one domain setting (the DMARC policy, greylisting, MTA-STS, certificate profile and so on) and sets it on every domain in the group at once. Only that setting changes. If one domain cannot take it (for example ignoring dots while two of its addresses differ only by dots), the others still change and you are told which one did not. Publish the domains' DNS records again afterwards when the setting changes them (see Automatic DNS).
Moving domains
A domain that moves to another team leaves its group, since groups belong to one team.
API
/v1/tenants/{tenantId}/domain-groups lists and adds groups; /v1/tenants/{tenantId}/domain-groups/{groupId} shows, changes and removes one; POST .../{groupId}/settings takes the same fields as changing a domain and applies them to each of its domains. Each domain says its group in groupId. See the developer pages at /developers/admin.
